Terms and Conditions of Magnolia Lane Auction House

It is the sole responsibility of each member or visitor of Magnolia Lane Auction House to adhere to the policies and provisions listed below. If at anytime a member has violated the terms and conditions of this site, the administrators of Magnolia Lane Auction House reserve the right to terminate membership without explanation.

BUYERS

Each buyer will be solely responsible for completing a transaction by paying the amount of the final sale to the proper seller. 

The management at Magnolia Lane Auction House is not responsible should a buying or selling situation not result in both parties happy with the outcome. 

It is the buyers obligation to ask questions before placing a bid and it is the sellers obligation to accurately describe the items they have for sale with clearly documented photographs and accurate descriptions. 

Please bid at your own risk, as Magnolia Lane Auction House cannot compensate you should the seller not follow through in providing the product or providing the correct quality of product you both agreed upon.  However, sellers that are repeat offenders of sending out shoddy products unrecognizable by their listings will be suspended from this site

The buyer once placing a bid agrees that he is entering into a binding contract to buy the item under the sellers terms, unless you have contacted the seller prior to placing the bid and amended these terms prior to placing the first bid.

SELLERS

Each seller will be solely responsible for accurately describing the item(s) they are selling, both in written descriptions and photographically.

Each seller shall provide clear instructions on payment and shipping information.

Each seller is responsible for sending out items that have been bought and paid for within a reasonable time frame.

Sellers that are repeatedly reported for not sending paid items out within 14 days of auction end, without a reasonable explanation, will be suspended from this site.

LISTED ITEMS

Administrators of Magnolia Lane Auction House reserve the right to cancel any auction that may contain foul or inappropriate language. Items that are risque, seductive, nude or show any relation to a sexual or distasteful action will be cancelled.

Pornographic or pedophilic subject matter will not be tolerated; However, nudity when created in a tasteful manner, will be allowed.  There is a fine line between what is appropriate and what is not appropriate for such a site and the management plans on being liberal, but still deciding what is appropriate for this site within limits.  Our intent is to not censor our artists, but also to not promote designs which are not by nature actual art, but have pornographic inclinations.  We are not a porno auction site, so we will not tolerate pornographic pieces of 'art'.  This is a fine line upon which to walk and the management will decide what is allowed on a case by case basis. 

ACCOUNT BALANCES

Any member having fees due longer than 60 days will be terminated from this site and all fees incurred will be due immediately.
